Human Resources Staff (HRS)

Objective:
Manage Human Resources functions and assist Human Resources & General Affairs Manager in order to support company’s business operations.
Qualifications:
– Hold a min Bachelor degree in Psychology or related field of studies.
– Deep knowledge of HR Functions (Recruitment, Training & Development, and Administration)
– Having experience in making relationship with business partner related to HR functions.

General requirements:
– Good English speaking and writing skills
– Computer literate, and knowledge in MS Office (esp. MS Excel)
– Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, honest, confident, active, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
